We find it difficult to do good self-care. We regard it as selfish because we equate self-care as “self-pampering”. But self-care means our responsibility to take good care of ourselves in order to become effective and sustainable in our cross-cultural work. Here’s a worksheet for you to plan out your self-care in the four main areas: spiritual, physical, emotional, and social.
